VIENNABallhaus was a fantastic venue to celebrate our company's anniversary! The venue itself is amazing. The staff were exceptional, both the event- and catering planner (Hannahs Plan) who provided support throughout and the whole team on the day who made sure it all went perfectly. The food and wine was fabulous, and a real highlight was the beautiful decoration of the VIENNABallhaus. We loved every minute of the event, as did all of our guests, thanks in no small part to such an amazing venue and team.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the beautiful VIENNABallhaus! Everything was simply TOP. Organisation, ambience, food and the staff ... all very satisfactory! The day was just perfect and so many wonderful memories were created. We then turned night into day at Private Vienna and danced and celebrated! A big thank you to the VIENNABallhaus team!
Dear team, a heartfelt, huge thank you to you. You made our wedding an unforgettable celebration. It was overwhelming and fantastic from start to finish. Whether it was the wonderful, marvellous floral decorations, the wedding cake, which not only looked great but also tasted fantastic, the beautiful decorations! Every little detail was so loving and stylish! The perfect service - the team, really just world class. So friendly, patient, humorous, warm and nice, each and every one of them. The food - I almost can't find the words... please again to chef Jakob and the team - it was unbelievably, unbelievably good. Every. Every single one. Bite!!!! The drinks, the party, Hermes as DJ - rocknroll! Just soooo great! The day was so incredibly beautiful. And you were a big part of it. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We were extremely happy from several aspects of the venue and your team's support for our event. Firstly, the elegance of the location is truly remarkable - it's absolutely beautiful. The spaciousness of the venue also provided ample room, which was greatly appreciated. We also valued the autonomy to adjust the lighting and music as needed, which allowed us to create the perfect atmosphere throughout the event. The comfort of the restrooms and changing rooms did not go unnoticed and contributed to a pleasant experience for our guests. A special mention must be made about your staff; their kindness and constant availability were exceptional. The choice of caterer (hannahs.at) was also a highlight - sophisticated and delicious, they truly elevated the culinary experience. I sincerely wanted to thank you for your help. We look forward to working with you again for future events in Vienna!
We celebrated our wedding at the Vienna Ballhaus; it was the most stunningly beautiful location! We could easily fit 70 persons into the main room and onto the terrace, and the organiser made sure that everything was well arranged and beautifully decorated. We also benefited from their bar, couches, and the large screen to show photos. I cannot recommend enough the culinary chef and the food they prepared. The Ballhaus works with caterer Hannah's Plan, and they provided us with snacks and a multi-course dinner which was Michelin-star-worthy. Our guests were blown away by the great quality and deliciousness of the food. Last but not least, the staff was so kind, so helpful, and so collaborative (Martin, Daniel, etc!). Thank you so much for having helped us celebrate the wedding that we wanted to have!
We wanted to thank you, it was so well organised, your service was just great, we also got feedback from our guests. Everyone was so obliging and simply lovely. The food was to die for, our guests were also extremely enthusiastic and rumour has it that this was an absolute template for future weddings. It couldn't have been more beautiful. An enchanting location in the centre of Vienna with incredible flair. The hall is opulent and quirky, the courtyard atmospheric and cosy. The catering by Hannah's Plan is great. A great experience guaranteed. Working with Hannah Neunteufel and her team is always a pleasure, highly competent, pleasant and enjoyable. A highly recommended location!
Was there for a truffle event, which seemed well organised, with some regional exhibitors but also some that were coming from Italy. Reasonable entrance fee (5€, even accepted card payment, which I'm very fond of), including a glass of sparkling wine. Of course it was possible to try several delicacies, before deciding what to buy 😉 Lovely court, and beautiful interior.
