Equipment & capacities in the VIENNABallhaus depend on the setting and the guest fluctuation or the arrangement and the requirements of the event. The following applies as a guideline:

Gala setting describes a set-up variant with round banquet tables, up to 12 tables (150 cm dm) can be accommodated, up to nine people can be seated per table.
Chair rows (Conference | PK | Ceremony) with row connectors can be positioned either lengthways or crossways. Loose row positioning also looks good.
Cocktail setting is an arrangement consisting of a bar, bar tables, lounge furniture and, for example, a flying buffet.

Technology and furniture are state of the art and dimensioned in such a way that every conceivable event, regardless of whether your Wedding, Press event, Christmas partycocktail party or Product presentationcan be equipped with it.
From the boardroom to the gala setting, the charming and stylish interior of the VIENNABallhaus available on site: Lounge furniture, chest of drawers, floor lamps, side tables, full HD mega screen, wireless microphones and much more. Selected items that make up our indoor climate as a whole. The equipment basics, such as tables, chairs and stage elements, are of course also available in abundance.

Our technology is Optimised event standard in the finest qualitySound and microphones, AV technology and lighting. The fixed technical equipment is already included in the hire price.

The Technical support for the existing basic event technology is included in the flat rate. included. For larger sound checks, music or dress rehearsals, as well as technical support during your event (following/implementing the stage direction, live band, direction for video wall), an in-house technician is required and charged by the hour.
