Gala setting describes a set-up variant with round banquet tables, up to 12 tables (150 cm dm) can be accommodated, up to nine people can be seated per table.
Chair rows (Conference | PK | Ceremony) with row connectors can be positioned either lengthways or crossways. Loose row positioning also looks good.
Cocktail setting is an arrangement consisting of a bar, bar tables, lounge furniture and, for example, a flying buffet.
We offer these standard settings, but you are also welcome to ask about the best individual solution for your event.
The VIENNABallhaus is also perfectly positioned in terms of equipment. Technology and furniture are state of the art and dimensioned in such a way that every conceivable event, regardless of whether your Wedding, Press event, Christmas partycocktail party or Product presentationcan be equipped with it.

The Technical support for the existing basic event technology is included in the flat rate. included.
