Gala setting describes a set-up variant with round banquet tables, up to 12 tables (150 cm dm) can be accommodated, up to nine people can be seated per table.

Chair rows (Conference | PK | Ceremony) with row connectors can be positioned either lengthways or crossways. Loose row positioning also looks good.

Cocktail setting is an arrangement consisting of a bar, bar tables, lounge furniture and, for example, a flying buffet.

Technical support

The Technical support for the existing basic event technology is included in the flat rate. included. For larger sound checks, music or dress rehearsals, as well as technical support during your event (following/implementing the stage direction, live band, direction for video wall), an in-house technician is required and charged by the hour.
