On 6 & 7 June 2025 Vienna becomes a centre for premium mortadella, perfect and special Sausage and sausage specialities and other messes.
The VIENNABallhaus is hosting this event for the first time. A special kind of gourmet market takes place. This is where hip Speciality producers and innovative manufactoriesto present their best, favourite or latest creations to discerning connoisseurs and fun-loving hedonists.
The organisers and hosts are the restaurateurs Hannah & Jakob Neunteufel from Hannah's plan and the Apulian brothers Gianni & Pasquale Valentino from the Fratelli Valentino caseificiowho, of course, will be bringing plenty of mozzarella, ricotta and stracchino to the gourmet market.
Another highlight of the event is the show by the "King of Mortadella", who is travelling all the way from Italy to perform on both days with his Mortadella show to inspire. Italian joie de vivre and the Mediterranean cooking craze are at Giuseppe Alessio programme. Once you have seen and experienced it, you will find a whole new relationship with the Italian sausage speciality.
This unique appetiser, combined with delicious Delicaciesone Aperitif barwavy sound from the DJ-Line up and the harmonious location of the VIENNABallhaus - both in the garden and in the hall - make the event the perfect meeting place for Gourmet, Pleasure-seekers and all those who enjoy good food and entertainment.
