Hannah's plan stages the annual iconic showcase of high-calibre producers and restaurateurs and the VIENNABallhaus always shows its DNA in public: a place of hospitality for lingering, savouring, snacking, enjoying, toasting, gossiping, shopping and celebrating life!

Tartufo Totale has developed over the years into a A fixture for gourmets and opens the door to a world full of culinary discoveries. Exquisite delicacies and exquisite truffle products - Every type of truffle is lovingly presented here. The selection ranges from high-quality truffle specialities to products from small producers who share their passion with visitors. The special atmosphere of the VIENNABallhaus offers the perfect setting for the truffled feast. Guests can enjoy a cosy get-together, chat and enjoy a glass or two of wine or a truffly cocktail enjoy. Every year, the Peter Havlicek Trio provides a feast for the ears with Viennese heart music.

Mozzarella! Ricotta! Stracchino! Gianni & Pasquale from Apulia run the only caseificio in Vienna and have been living out their passion for good food here with their families for several years. They conjured up their delicious truffle burrata live at Tartufo Totale. Fresh, regional, sustainable and with truffles!

The pasta manufacturer Bruckner from Vienna loves Austrian home cooking of the highest quality and offers you pasta of outstanding quality such as unusual pasta creations, sweet or savoury dumplings and tasty dumplings.

Naturalmente gelato! A Stanitzel traditional Italian truffle gelato on a gourmet weekend? Gladly and with the highest quality standards, made by the Gusto Naturalmente Gelato chef himself in Josefstadt.

Hannah's Plan staged the Truffle Pleasure Days for the 7th time, hosted the Wine & Bubble Bar and offered the popular gourmet meals by chef Jakob Neunteufel in the VIENNABallhaus. Bestsellers from gourmet catering for your upscale home cooking. Leaf oils, vegan mayonnaises, vignaigrettes & bomb sauces were offered as preserves.

‘Quality without compromise‘ - that's Hink Wien, or as they say nowadays: Think Hink! The pâté manufacturer has specialised in fine food for 85 years. The company works tirelessly to create special flavour experiences and new, fantastic pâté innovations. The foie gras truffle praline took centre stage at „Tartufo Totale“.

They grow oyster mushrooms on a resource that is almost infinitely available in a big city like Vienna: coffee grounds. At Tartufo Totale, enthusiasm grew from the guests like mushrooms from the ground, because Hut & Stiel offered delicacies ranging from mushroom pesto to Viennese mushroom goulash!

Mangi bene, vivi meglio is the motto of Marco & Neli, who run the tiny, charming restaurant in Florianigasse. They are Marcodi! Marco celebrates a very personalised Mediterranean fish cuisine. Bomb products, excellent flavours and fine combinations are the order of the day in this first-class kitchen. In autumn, the genuine Italians served plenty of truffles on top, of course.

As co-organiser, the Pope of Truffle, Luca Miliffi, is a fixed star of the Truffle Pleasure Days. Freshly picked Italian truffles - white and black - from Piedmont, Moncalvo & Alba. And the guru brings everything imaginable from his pantries to the VIENNABallhaus: salami, salsa, oils, cheese, pasta, crisps, mortadella. Truffly specialities as far as the nose can smell.

The Rinkhy stand in the VIENNABallhaus is always popular! The Spanish-inspired oyster, sardine and delicatessen bar in Zieglergasse with its oyster tank, in which hundreds of mussels are piled up, has once again tantalised many taste buds!

„Made-to-measure mayonnaise“ and „The mother of all mayonnaises“ - that's what people say about Rösel! The handmade mayonnaises and sauces made in the centre of Vienna cannot be compared with the usual industrial products from the supermarket and are a match for any fine-dining mayonnaise. Many visitors have stocked up on it to take home.

Thum Schinken has stood for tradition, craftsmanship and one of the best hams you can get in Austria since 1860. Master butcher, Slow Food activist and organic pioneer Roman Thum is the fifth generation to run the family business. Excellent ham, Mangalitza, venison, wild boar specialities and truffle salami were on sale at the gourmet market.

Modern, French, colourful patisserie art of the highest quality was also presented and offered for sale at „Tartufo Totale“. There were truffles in marvellous varieties, eclairs, tartelettes, choux, macarons, pralines, etc. Eyes & salivary glands overflow with the handmade master desserts. The signature cake was also a beguiling eye-catcher: The Pièce Montée, also known as Croquembouche.

The bartender queen Isabella Lombardo was live to experience! She has been honoured several times by Rolling Pin. For example as Bartender of the Year and Female Bartender of the Year. Until the opening of her Spagliata Bar in Laimgrubengasse, everyone enjoyed her truffled cocktail creations at „Tartufo Totale“.
